Abstract
Aims: establishing the model of experimental heatstroke on the rabbits. The objectives was 30 rabbits, divided into 3 groups, each group was experiment with one model. The methods: prospective study, interventional study, observing the symptoms pre and post experiment. The results: post experiment, the heatstroke ratio and the mortality in 24h ratio of model 1st was 1/10 and 1/10, of model 2nd was 6/10 and 3/10, of model 3rd was 10/10 and 6/10. The average central temperature of rabbits was 42,5 ± 0,5 °C in model 3rd group. The conclusion: the model 3rd (42 x 2,5 x 60) was the optimal model in this study to cause the experimental heatstroke on the rabbits
