Abstract
Background: To examinate the property of rectal irritation of PH extract on experimental rabbit. Materials and method: PH extract is manufactured and supplied by Vietnam Military Institute of Traditional Medicine. Laboratory research, cross-sectional and experimental design in controlled Newzeland White rabbits. Results: About rectal irritation, the irritant point of PH extract corresponding to none rectal irritation. Conclusion: PH extract is perfectly satisfactory in terms of rectal irritation standards as stipulated by the ISO 10993-23:2021.
